Annual General Meeting 2015
Our Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday 8 December 2015 at 67A Castle Street, Inverness. Copies of the company's annual accounts were made and distributed to Members attending. You can read a copy of Community Energy Scotland's Annual Accounts 2014-15 below.
At this AGM, three Elected Directors stood down. These were Amanda Bryan, Gwen Barrell and Philip Revell. Amanda did not seek re-election but Gwen and Philip were re-elected. All Co-opted Directors are required to stand down at each AGM, and so Angus Hardie, Kevin McLeod and Nigel Holmes stood down. Kevin did not seek to be co-opted, due to other commitments, but Angus and Nigel were appointed as Co-opted Director for another term.
